Share spreadsheets as clean, printable tables

Sending a spreadsheet as a PDF keeps your numbers from being changed by accident and makes it easy to print. Excel to PDF reads every visible sheet, keeps dates, percentages and number formats, and shrinks wide tables so they fit across the page.

Private by design

Excel to PDF runs entirely in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to a server, there's no sign-up, and the result is ready to download as soon as it's done.

Questions

Are formulas calculated?

The PDF shows the last result Excel saved for each formula.

What about very wide sheets?

Wide tables are scaled down to fit the page width. Landscape orientation helps a lot.

Can I convert .xls or .csv files?

Save .xls files as .xlsx first. For CSV files, use TXT & CSV to PDF.
