How to use Insert PDF
- Add your main PDF first, then the PDF to insert.
- Choose where the inserted pages should go.
- Press Insert pages and download the combined PDF.
More precise than a simple merge
Merge PDF puts files one after another. Insert PDF lets you drop a signed page, an appendix or a missing page into the exact place it belongs, for example after page 3 of a contract. Both documents keep their original quality, because the pages are copied rather than re-printed.
Private by design
Insert PDF runs entirely in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to a server, there's no sign-up, and the result is ready to download as soon as it's done.

Which file goes into which?
The pages of the second file go into the first file. Use the arrows to swap the files if needed.
Can I put the pages at the very start?
Yes. Choose “At the start”, or type 0 as the page number.
Is there a size limit?
No fixed limit. It depends on your device's memory, because everything happens in your browser.
