Put documents on your company stationery
Letters and invoices exported from other software often lack your company letterhead. Overlay PDF places your letterhead, logo bar, footer or background design behind every page, or lays a template on top, such as a “COPY” layer or a form outline. Use page by page to combine two matching documents.

Choose “Behind the pages” for letterheads and backgrounds. Choose “On top” for stamps, frames or transparent layers.

Convert it with Word to PDF first, then use the PDF here.
Does it keep text sharp?
Yes. Both PDFs are combined as they are, without converting to images.
