Get numbers out of statements and invoices

Bank statements, price lists and invoices are often only available as PDFs. PDF to Excel finds the rows and columns on each page and puts them into spreadsheet cells, turning amounts into real numbers you can add up, sort and filter. Everything happens on your device, which matters for financial documents.

Private by design

PDF to Excel runs entirely in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to a server, there's no sign-up, and the result is ready to download as soon as it's done.

Questions

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

Scans have no text to read. Run PDF OCR first, then convert the result.

Will the columns line up perfectly?

Simple tables convert well. Complex layouts may need a little tidying in Excel.

Are amounts saved as numbers?

Yes. Values like 1,250.50 or (3.25) become numbers you can calculate with.
