How to use Split PDF by size

  1. Choose or drag in your large PDF.
  2. Type the biggest size each part may have, in MB.
  3. Press Split by size and download the parts.

Get past email and upload limits

Email services and online forms often refuse attachments over a certain size: Gmail stops at 25 MB, Outlook at 20 MB, and many government or job portals at 2 to 10 MB. Split PDF by size cuts your document into as few parts as possible while keeping every part under your limit, and never splits a page in half.

Private by design

Split PDF by size runs entirely in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to a server, there's no sign-up, and the result is ready to download as soon as it's done.

Questions

What if one page is bigger than my limit?

That page gets a part of its own, because a single page can't be split. Try Compress PDF on it first.

Are the parts numbered?

Yes. They're named part01, part02 and so on, in the original page order.

Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are.
